EMERGING ETHNIC ENTREPENEUR OF THE YEAR AWARD 2007 WON BY WORD PERFECT TRANSLATIONS
February 6th, 2007: Word Perfect Translation Services Ltd has been awarded the TSB/Metro Eireann award for Emerging Ethnic Entrepreneur of the Year at the Ethnic Entrepreneur Awards 2007.
Having worked for other service providers, the company identified the potential benefit to clients of tailoring interpretation and translation services to their specific requirements. Jimmy and Olga Gashi decided to open their own company, using this specific business model, in 2001.
Olga Gashi, Word Perfect’s Joint Managing Director, said of the win: “To us, this business award simply represents the opportunities which Ireland has to offer everyone – whether Irish by birth or not.
