Olga Shajaku
Promoter, founder and co-director of Word Perfect, Olga is a linguist and lawyer by profession. Olga had secured and managed a number of the company’s high profile contracts, including contracts for the provision of interpretation services with the Refugee Legal Service, the provision of interpretation and translation services with Private Residential Tenancies Board, and the provision of telephonic interpretation services for FAS, to name but a few.

Olga was awarded a title of Image Magazine’s Young Businesswoman of the Year, 2007 and was named as one of the finalists in the Emerging category in the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Jimmy Gashi
Promoter, founder and co-director of Word Perfect, Jimmy is a graduate of the National College of Ireland having qualified in Management and Employee relations.

The driving force behind this corporate vehicle, Jimmy is the voice that is most familiar to our corporate and private clients. He is currently involved in a number of projects dealing with corporate expansion and takes credit for creating and managing a database of over 3, 000 freelance translators and interpreters.

Peter Brennan
Peter Brennan has joined Word Perfect this year as a non-executive director. As a Chairman of the Board, Peter will be responsible for strategic planning and business expansion of Word Perfect.

He specializes in strategic business advisory work, procurement, infrastructure, climate change and national and EU public policy analysis. Previously ran the business consultancy service of A&L Goodbody Solicitors and was IBEC's Director for European Affairs from 1986 to his return to Ireland in 2001. Peter has public sector experience with the Departments of Foreign Affairs and Enterprise, Trade and Employment (1970 to 1986). Peter was nominated IBEC's 'PPP Person of the Year' in 2002 in recognition of his pioneering work in this area. Named by 'Business and Finance' as one the top 100 influencers in business in 2006.

He has a B.Sc in Public Administration from Trinity College. Peter is also an active member of the Institute of Directors, the Small Firms Association and the Irish Management Consultants Association.

Jolita Puodziukaitiene
Jolita is Word Perfect’s Area Manager and Representative for the Border, Midlands and West area. A native speaker of Lithuanian and Russian, Jolita currently manages our contract for provision of 24 hour interpretation service for An Garda Síochána for Cavan/Monaghan Division among her other contracts.

Tracy Byrne
Tracy Byrne is Word Perfect's new Operations Manager. Tracy is a graduate of University College Northampton. She has over 8 years management experience and 15 years in the customer/client services industry. She has previously worked for The Arcadia Group, Inditel Group and Ross Communication Advertising. Her previous positions have been within fast-paced, target orientated and deadline driven environments.

Tracy is aware of all activity within the company at all times and provides support and guidance to staff as required. Her role within the company at present is managing all projects that relate to interpreting tasks, Quality Control and staff training. She liaises with all Word Perfect's Regional Managers and reports to CEO directly in this regard.
