Jimmy Gashi

COO, founder and promoter of Word Perfect Translation Services, Jimmy is a graduate of the National College of Ireland, having qualified in Management and Employee relations. The driving force behind Word Perfect’s success, Jimmy is the voice that is most familiar to our corporate and private clients. He is currently involved in a number of projects dealing with corporate expansion, and takes credit for creating and managing a database of over 15,000 freelance translators and interpreters.

Santina O’Sullivan

Santina is the Senior Project manager of Interpreting Department. Santina started her career in Word Perfect in early 2007. One of Santina’s key roles is the constant recruitment of interpreters and the vetting of interpreters and staff.  She manages and monitors the selection and appraisal process, as well as providing support to all Regional Project Managers regarding performance management.  Santina has been designing and delivering training sessions to a large number of our staff, as well as clients and is undoubtedly, one of the main reasons Word Perfect enjoys a solid commitment of our long-term employees and clients.
