Professional Development Programme

As part of our Continuous Professional Development programme, some of our staff members successfully completed a Professional Development course in conjunction with TSS, with a focus on developing our skills in the area of customer care.

This course has helped our staff members to provide a high quality service to all of our customers, and the course inspired our staff members to develop some new and innovative systems to provide an even higher level of service to all of our customers.
